September 29th is National Coffee Day!
Now, if you know me, you know I LOVE COFFEE.
I love coffee even more at Disney World, or Disneyland, and now we can add Disneyland Paris to that… but anyway, you get the point.
I posted a fun little story over on my Instagram this morning but thought it could be cool to save the information here, too. So, without further adieu, here are my favorite Disney Coffee tips/tricks/orders or whatever you wanna call it.
Disney Coffee… Nomad Lounge: Mustang Coffee
Mustang Coffee: Crown Royal, Brown Sugar, and Butter with hot Coffee
Now, this is a booze drink and you all know I don’t drink. However, if you simply order it without the booze… it is SO GOOD!
You can get this in the Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom – located to the right when you’re walking towards Pandora.
Disney Coffee: Joffrey’s Latte Art
This is another favorite of mine, that I don’t do often enough. Typically I drink my coffee as black as they can make it – but on those few occasions I am in the mood… Joffrey’s Latte it is!
You can request latte art for an additional fifty cents and as far as Disney Magic goes, that’s totally worth it.
While definitely not as fun as watching one of those incredible latte artists do their work… this little machine is pretty sweet…
Disney Coffee: Disney Springs Special Menu
This one is super fun and I don’t have a ton of my own pictures to show you – but thanks to Disney Food Blog I have some good examples!
The baristas at the Starbucks at Disney Springs are SO creative, and there is always a “special menu” available. Usually, it’s themed to whatever is going on at the time such as a movie release or special event.
It is important to note for those of you on the Disney Dining Plan – you can’t use a snack credit for one of these drinks.
Disney Coffee: Cinderella Cold Brew
Ok so one of the Instagram accounts I follow – HappiestTeesOnEarth – created the “Cinderella Latte” when she was a barista back in the day and it has gone completely viral!
Basically, you order a regular pumpkin spice latte and sub half of the pumpkin with white mocha. I have had it – it’s good – and VERY sweet.
When I heard there was a cold brew version I was ALL over that. So you will order the Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cold Brew and substitute white chocolate mocha for the vanilla.
It’s pretty delicious! Also – VERY SWEET – so I probably won’t order it a ton… but it’s a really fun “Disney Coffee” to bring a little extra magic to your day.
Disney Coffee: Paris Coffee Machine
Now, the coolest part about Paris.
I was BEYOND annoyed when we got into our room at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge and I realized there was no coffee maker. But then I found the COFFEE MACHINE in the hall… and all was well.
So, with your room key, you get four “credits” for the machine per day. It took me a while to figure out – with the help of a little French lady who spoke NO English… but when I figured it out it was amazing.
How to use the Magic Coffee Machine in Disneyland Paris
- Step 1: put your card in the card holder
- Step 2: let the reader think for a minute and it will tell you how many credits you have
- Step 3: click the button for the type of coffee you want (double espresso was my go-to, but the hazelnut macchiato was also LEGIT)
- Step 4: watch a little baby solo cup pop out of the bottom… and get filled with fabulous coffee
- Step 5: ENJOY.
And now… enjoy this grainy video of me at like zero dark thirty in the morning explaining how it works.
I will continue to spend a lot of time and energy scoping out the best Disney Coffee and coffee spots and coffee hacks and ALL THE COFFEE… but hope you enjoyed this little list on National Coffee Day!
